Our Story
Tiger Juice Bar opened its doors on 6th Street SE with one conviction: juice should taste like the fruit it comes from. Not sweeter. Not darker. Just genuinely, unmistakably itself.
We cold-press every batch in small rotations throughout the day. Our bakers arrive before dawn. The shelves fill with items that day — and if they don't sell by closing, they go to compost, not a warehouse.
This is a neighborhood stand, not a franchise playbook. Everything here is chosen the same way we'd choose for our own table.
What Guides Us
Simple ideas, followed rigorously. They make everything else easier.
We never use concentrates, powders, or added sugars. If it isn't in its natural form, it doesn't enter our kitchen.
Every press is a small press. We'd rather run out before closing than serve you something that was sitting since morning.
We source from Polk County growers whenever possible, hire locally, and treat every person who walks in like a regular.
